Brewing Suggestions (Hot Tea): Brew using 1.5 teaspoons (2.5 grams) for 10 oz. of water at 200°F / 93°C. Steep 5 minutes or longer.
Brewing Suggestions (Iced Tea): Brew using 1.25 oz. (35.5 grams) to a half gallon of water at 200°F / 93°C. Steep for 10 minutes, then pull tea. Add half gallon cold water or ice to chill. Makes one full gallon.
